panel of 2. Talked a lot about the role. Asked many questions of the 2 managers, as they asked many questions of myself. Interview went well, was offered a "tag along" type day with the local manager, which I accepted. We drove a few hundred ks to an assortment of customer including large civil contractors, local government and rural farms. Could be a really interesting and diverse job. If I was still 25 I would jump at the chance, and make a decent sales / management career. Now 40, not for me.

I Went through 4 rounds of interviews, i had to create a Power Point presentation that took days to create. They got sales strategy from me for free and did not offer me the job.

Colloquio gestito male, troppe richieste personali e poca trasparenza da parte loro finché non accetti la posizione. Troppo pretenziosi, credo che non si possa pensare di conoscere tutto di un azienda con la quale forse ci sarà un rapporto lavorativo. A primo impatto ambiente di lavoro poco sano.
