2 interviews first one was introducing yourself and previous food and beverage experience. 2nd one was behind the bar asked you to prepare 3 drinks and asked question about certain liquors.

two stages, first it is a group interview and then a pour test, for the group interview they ask about your previous experience and explain how to make a drink of your choice, then for the pour test they ask you to prepare a drink in front of them and ask you questions
