You are all welcomed into a lovely restaurants, overlooking the iconic waterfalls. We were directed to have a seat in a semi circle around a couple of engaging and hospitable talent recruitment professionals. The host was fun & authentic & broke the tension with her genuine positive encouragement to our group of 20 or so promising candidates. We each were to stand face the panel and answer 3 simple questions.
Been called 5 times for an interview over time just to not make it to the next round. Unbiasly I am out going, bubbly yet professional and have 10 years experience. very smiley and well spoken person nature . Stop calling me to fill your AA (black) quota Wynn !! You clearly only call me for that reason . When a person less qualified / dry/ and very “vanilla “gets the job over youeverytime !! it’s very obvious !!

What everyone else has said about the interview is true. They section you by your tattoos and then ask you a few quick questions. From there they decide if you made the cut.
