It was a cattle call and I was disappointed at how they conducted the screening interview. I was paired up with someone who barely spoke English and we introduced one another. She didn't say anything that highlighted me that I spoke about with her. I would have loved to have an opportunity to talk with the interviewers one on one. Then they picked the "beautiful people" who didn't have even a 1/3 of my experience based on looks...for a call center position. This makes no sense to me abd made me wonder if there was some age discrimination going on. Very disappointing.

Applied online. I received a call back within a few days to set up a group interview. The process for the group interview was simple. We went into a room and sat down (about 30 of us). There was a panel of about 5 managers. We had to read from a script and answer a question about a service experience. Once that was completed the managers left us for about 15 minutes. They came back read a list of names. Those candidates left the room. We soon found out the ones left went on to the next stage. There were 2 of us.
Within a few days I got a call to set up the one on one. That was a regular interview.
Within two weeks I received my offer.

I applied on Feb. 7th and I received a email on Feb. 8th inviting me to a Meet & Greet on Feb 9th. I arrived 15min early. When you arrive the security at the entrance checks your purse, signs you in and gives you a slip to fill out. On the slip I asked "Why do you want to work at the Wynn?" & "What other position are you interested in?" And as previously stated a lot of people are there. My advice is to dress professional, no open toed shoes, comb your hair & Smile! I was amazed at how some people showed up. Once the line you up go go into a room with 4 tables and each table has 2 recruiters. I walked in smiling with my resume she asked me if I had ever applied at the Wynn? Previous work history? My availability? & If I was ok with the position being On Call? She then handed me a invitation for a panel interview the very next day. The panel interview was with 2 people I believe to be manager's (I can't remember) with about 12 of us going for the position. They asked for volunteers as to who would go first so I right away stood up to introduce myself and tell everyone about my background. After everyone was done the excused them selves for 10min. Once they came back the called out 2 or 3 names taking them to another room (they didn't make the round) and set the rest of us up for a 1 on 1 interview. Again I showed up 15min early. The interview took about 15min at the most. Just remember the meet & Greet is to see how you present yourself. I've seen other reviews saying not to waste your time but I would ignore those reviews. I don't know anyone who works at the Wynn, I'm not skinny & I'm in my early 30's. It is a very long process. I applied on Feb. 7th and I was offered the job on March 13th. If you currently have a job they do understand and will wait for you to give your 2 weeks notice. Good luck!
