Interview is fast. Seemed like anyone with a hint of sales would be hired if the need is at that location. Direct, front facing sales more than all other. Stipend and 90% commission. Timeshare.....

So fun and great work place. Lots of money to be made and endless amounts of training. Can work in many different place and lots of room for growth. Great benefits as well.
The interview went smooth you interview with hr then leadership if you pass both rounds your given an on the spot offer.This was my experience everyone is polite and professional.
