I did not get the Administrative Assistant position and HR directed me to Guest Services I really did not know what I was agreeing to but the interviewer said one thing and I well lets say it just did not go the way I thought it would.
Self paced interview allows you to answer initial question over the phone. This is a pleasant experience and took a lot of the pressure that one often feels during an interview.

basic did not cover anything really regarding my position, Unprofessional setting. seemed very desperate which raised concern. a lot of turn over in this position. You can 't really prepare for this kind of interview.
