I did a phone interview at first. The person at the time was very energetic and friendly. Easy to talk to. Asked general questions related to travel and hospitality. Than a week later got a call back and went to the River North office and interviewed with the 2 office managers. Sat with them for about an hour, again, very nice people not intimidating at all. A week later got an offer. They emailed it with the wage agreement and I started the following week.
