`It was fairly direct and upfront. I spoke with the local branch manager, and he had me meet with each of the financial advisor teams I could be working with. The manager asked me my opinion of which teams I could work best with. The teams each asked me how I thought I could best contribute to each of them. As I answered each team's questions, they asked more questions based on my answers.
