Inadequate questions, unclear expectations and quite unspecific questions that however do not expect reasoning and discussion but you should rather guess what is in the interviewer's mind. They pretend to conduct time-consuming (more than 3 hours overall) google-like intervew in stages with whiteboard and when you ask for clarifications on the questions ask you feel rather uncomfortable rather than given an expectation of what they really ask.
