      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wrike (San Jose, CA) en juil. 2019

      Entretien

      Three phone interviews and one on-site. The 1st was with the in-house recruiter who was always on top of her game and made sure the process of transparent. She scheduled the follow-up interviews timely so the process didn't feel dragged out like with some of the other places I have interviewed with. 2nd and 3rd phone interviews were with the hiring manager (who became my manager once hired) and his manager respectively. Those were more probing interviews to see if I'm a good fit for the position. They were not easy interviews, but if you're prepared and can proactively address any concerns/reservation they may have, you should get through. On-site was about 2.5 hrs with 2 half-hour interviews with two managers that are part of the decision process but the position won't be a direct report to them. The man 1.5hr interview was with the hiring manager and includes a live demo of the product with a role-play component of how you'd position the product and convince a prospect to purchase it.

      3 rounds Telephone interview - Recruitment manager Interview - Panel with case study Very little rapport, formal throughout. HR very unsympathetic. Business case too short for the work to be delivered. Obscure questions and a second interviewer who arrived unprepared. Decision expected two days after the panel but came a week later without warning the candidate. I do not recommend this company.

      The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.

      1. How would you describe great customer service? Why does it matter? 2. Please describe the most memorable customer service experience you've ever had - whether it was good or bad - and explain what is so good or bad about it. 3. Wrike is currently supported for the latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE/Edge. We're planning to discontinue support for IE 10 completely in the coming months, but as of now there are still customers who are using it, and a few strategic accounts who we know won't be happy with that phase-out. How would you go about communicating this imminent change and handling any aftershocks? 4. What was the last technical issue you've experienced with your PC and how did you solve it?
