I don't think there is such a thing as a perfect interview process, and my experience with the Wright Foundation was as close to that as I could have imagined. It was intense, long, in-depth, confronting and co-creative. I met with at least 4 different people, engaged in a number of confrontation. Bottom line it was intimate, open, creative and ultimately provide a foundation for an open, transparent, and empowered relationship. Isn't that what you want, along with both parties getting a clear understanding of the others. As I said, there is no "perfect" and I came away believing I understand and am aligned with these people. Also I am thankful to have met some really cool and committed humans.
