It was an interview where they ask you question about what you would do in different situations. At the start it felt like a normal conversation, once you have answered all the questions on the sheet, they explained exactly what the job entail.

The interview was in 2 stages with 2 different managers but they ask the same questions, they want you to prove sales skills and that you'll stay in the company long term
Questions about your CV work experiences and how it relates to sales. They like interior designers as they understand function and style. They ask scenario based questions involving customers, managers and co-workers.

Entretien
Was a group interview followed by one-to-ones, it was fairly laid back and was mainly about Wren as a company along with what to expect in the role. Also went over working hours, targets and the commission involved within the sales.
