casual and the interview was not held at Scunthorpe but to protect the store that appointed me i have put a false store in. It the business is family owned and no bank funding is required (basically the script that designers are pitched with to sell the independence of the business Owner

They didn't ask specific questions regarding previous sales as I gave them a full CV detailing my sales to date previously, it was a casual chat as I have several years of senior sales experience. They wanted me and offered me directly after interview.

Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.

Easy and not pressure so it make it easy for the people and the feel comfortable with the interview , manager and team leader they were nice so nothing to complain I guess I did not get the job cause I'm in uni that's why so they are not flexible with schedule
