the manager made the interview as calm and relaxing as possible, understanding i was nervous and asking me some reassuring things. it was a swift and calm process which went very well and was executed professionally

after application, recruitment offer telephone interview and if you pass that then you will be offered interview with the general/assistant manger of the store in person. general questions asks and scenario ones too. If you have been accepted you get a call back from management and online portal updated with contracts to sign etc.
