Joke - you will get the job. It was all about them rather than asking any questions about me. It came across as bad and I should of realised then. If you come from a kitchen background, you will be hired.

Initial contact with recruiter was a good, great to speak to and very friendly. Telephone interview was relaxed, talk through CV, sales experience etc, why work for wren. Gave a great impression of the company. Next interview with showroom manager...pretty much the same as telephone interview. Got the impression that there was no work life balance, had to work every weekend and very target driven, little opportunity of growth. Didn’t pass that round and when asked for feedback, have just been blanked. What was great impression at the start was left with a bad one at the end.

The interview process was very organised and clinical. Very structured which made me very quickly see i would be joining a business with a clear vision. Having an open discussion on my past experience and discussing what tyhe wren way is of working made us both apply my past experience to the wren way. Very quickly realised THIS WAS THE JOB FOR ME
