Got an email from a recruiter, then scheduled time for a phone screen. When I met with her, while she was nice, the interview felt very rushed and I don't feel like she was listening to my responses. Case in point, when I answered the "tell me about yourself" question, I mentioned why I left my last company, then later she asked me why I left my last company. Obviously not paying attention. She responded to every answer with same word... it was either "absolutely" or "amazing." I was well qualified for this role and a good culture fit with the company, but I got an email rejection just a couple of days later. In it, she suggested I continue to check their Linkedin for future jobs and also connect with her. (She didn't accept my LinkedIn connection request.)
