Phone screening to an in-person round 2. Process was simple and the recruiter and hiring manager were pleasant enough. Not a ton of industry-specific questions and it felt like the hiring manager already had a specific idea in mind for who would fill the role. Not totally unreasonable sure, but at least make it seem like that’s not the case.
