J'ai passé un entretien chez Worldwide Flight Services (New York, NY)
Entretien
I applied online and received an email a day later, for an interview. I walked into their office which was at a building far away from the main airport. (Your mileage may vary depending on where you live, which airport you want to work in) I was given a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. He asked VERY simple questions regarding travel and why you want to work here etc... I was not expecting the job, but he hired me on the spot. I was suspicious then realized that this company will HIRE ANYBODY. As long as you don't mess up during the interview you'll get the job.
The pay was low and the shifts were really bad (early morning hours). Not worth it which is why I turned it down. Management did not greet me in a respectful manner and were laughing. Uncomfortable experience. Also was told to pay a "fee" for training, its borderline scammer stuff. I only recommend if you want to get your foot into the airline industry, otherwise look elsewhere because it's not worth it.

Asked about hours because the business is unpredictable.

The recruiter hired me on the spot as long as I said yes. It's that simple. I had to fill out my education/work history on stacks of paper like the computer wasn't invented yet. Dated and old fashion. But the real kicker, was the PAID training. As in YOU HAVE TO PAY them money for the training. The recruiter told me the reason is that by "paying them" to train you, that's how they know you're committed to the job. I'm not making this up and anybody with an ounce of integrity should walk away and avoid this company. Just pure shadiness and scam artists.

Why do you want to work at Worldwide Flight Services?

Went to a hiring event - basically the managers just hired anyone. You will get hired on the spot and will have to do a drug test.
The management is disorganized and definitely lack of communication.
Withdraw my application because this company is just not for me. There's a high turnover for a reason.
