Went to a hiring event - basically the managers just hired anyone. You will get hired on the spot and will have to do a drug test.
The management is disorganized and definitely lack of communication.
Withdraw my application because this company is just not for me. There's a high turnover for a reason.

It was the typical interview process, the first interview was with HR, asking basic questions about availability and salary requirements and the second interview was with the hiring manager. From there an offer was extended.

The recruiter hired me on the spot as long as I said yes. It's that simple. I had to fill out my education/work history on stacks of paper like the computer wasn't invented yet. Dated and old fashion. But the real kicker, was the PAID training. As in YOU HAVE TO PAY them money for the training. The recruiter told me the reason is that by "paying them" to train you, that's how they know you're committed to the job. I'm not making this up and anybody with an ounce of integrity should walk away and avoid this company. Just pure shadiness and scam artists.
