It was a very fun experience. I honestly felt it was setup as two people getting to meet one another. I would recommend to do some research on the organization prior to the interview. Also, ask yourself where would you like to see yourself in the future if you were to be hired.

How would you best deescalate an angry customer who is upset about how they were serviced?
Interviews was good and they are nice to reply an email if you are selected or rejected. The recruiter also shared clearly what is this role about and what are the people looking for what they needs to do basically about the role
