The first interview with a potential direct manager went well, quite general questions and few of what would you do in this situation if you use your past experiences. What I did not like at all, was that DURING the interview I have been informed that it's a positive answer and to wait for recruitment to contact me. Fast forward 3 weeks where I had to chase them and to be informed that I did not pass to the next stage. Very disappointing and a waste of my time.

Basic suitability has been verified by HR through an email. The process is really slow. There are 2 interviews. Biasness is shown in selecting candidates due to the nationality of the recruiters

The interview itself was relatively easy and lasted about 40 minutes. However, after it ended, the company completely ghosted me. They didn’t provide any feedback or updates, leaving me uncertain about the outcome and wondering what went wrong. It was disappointing not to receive any closure, especially after taking the time to go through the process.
