very messy and strange questions. Standard preparation may not be enough since they expect you to read their convoluted questions

First talked with their business manager for the background screen. Then asked me to take a 2 hour test for statistical and programming skllis. Then interviewed with the portfolio manager with detailed research and trading questions.
