Overall, the interview process was straight-forward. I interviewed with several would-be peers and a recruiter before ultimately discussing the role with the hiring manager. At the conclusion of the hiring manager interview, I was told to expect one additional interview. A week and a half went by and I'd heard nothing. I followed up once with the recruiter, heard nothing, and then followed up with the hiring manager. The next communication I received was an inexplicable form rejection email from someone I had never met and/or spoken to previously. There was no actual feedback provided and the hiring manager never bothered to follow up. All in, it was a giant waste of 6 weeks and 4 x 1-hour interviews. My experience in the WWT interview process was very poor and the organization should examine their talent acquisition processes. Based on how I was handled, I wouldn't recommend WWT to anyone I cared about.
