It was pretty weird. I went from speaking with the recruiter over the phone to being lined up with 6 interviews at their headquarters over the period of 2.5 hours. I was given a packet with all their benifits when I met with the recruiter. I then met with a CSE followed by the hiring manager and his manager taking me to lunch. The last interview was with another CSE. One person didn't make it. The strangest thing about the interview process was that the hiring manager's manager did most of the talking over lunch and then proceeded to discuss salary requirements afterward before my last interview. I felt we had came to a mutual agreement and that they would be making an offer the following week. Then two days later I received a one line email from the recruiter stating that the position had been put on hold. I must say this was the oddest interviewing process that I have experienced.
