I emailed my resume to the HR department and shortly heard back about a Skype interview. This one was to see if I could form coherent sentences and could fit in with the culture. I was then emailed by a team leader and had a phone interview and was offered a few weeks later.

I was referred by an employee and then contacted for an introductory interview. After, I was put through to the second and final round of interviewing. Both were video interviews.

Had on-site contact the previous year, so one phone interview and one webex interview followed by a phone call offer. Various email exchanges with different HR people. Everyone seemed to be trying to convince me to work there as much as I was trying to convince them I was a good fit.
