The interview process for this role included three steps: First, a phone screen with someone from human resources. Secondly, an in-person interview with HR and the hiring manager. Finally, a brief chat with hiring manager and director.

How do you feel about working in a Christian organization?
There were 3 interviews, 1 project assignment and a personality test before an offer was made. The interviewers made the process comfortable and every process was well explained. I was interviewed by a team that included the HR manager, hiring manager, a coordinator that I would be working with and a manager from another team that I would also be working closely with.
