J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez World Resources Institute
Entretien
The interview was online, with the user, head of department, and HR officer. The questions were all relevant to the job, and were asked in English. The downside is they did not reach out or confirmed if I got accepted.

It was fun. The HR team especially was very nice and describe the job really well. The research team's questions were very specific. However, the process is quite long and they haven't called me back despite my request for personal feedback. It would be nice if they can provide it.

I applied and a few days later was contacted to schedule interview for the job, which was great. After I was contacted to schedule the interview I replied promptly with my availability for the next two weeks, but was not contacted until 3 weeks later to schedule my first interview, which was only a screening interview. I followed up appropriately during that period of not hearing anything back, but sometimes my emails were met with no reply. Nearly one month later I was moved forward to a panel interview with the team, who asked some tough and technical questions but I felt I answered them well. After that interview I promptly was moved forward to a writing sample, which was one hour and asked me to write a blog post about the topic for the job I was applying for. The writing sample was difficult and I did my best, but I definitely could have done better. Either way, what followed was a series of emails with the HR recruiter. I kept getting led on by the recruiter and got a few emails and calls saying I would hear back from him soon, but I never did. The process was dragged out for a few months and I was effectively ghosted by the HR recruiter. I don't think this reflects much on the actual team I would be working for but it definitely did not reflect well on the organization as a whole.
