Entretien
Several rounds of interviews. The first one is a written test, which is very intensive on issues in the subject that matters. The coverage is very wide and real test on one's understanding of the issue and the breath of the coverage of the issue. The second round is a panel interview. Then talking to line managers on concrete issues of the work.
