Initial 20 minute screener with HR, followed by 30 minute interview with hiring manager, and finally a 1 hour panel with 2-3 people. My HR representative was very open about the interview process and who I'd be speaking with at each stage, which I really appreciated.

Did a phone screening before 2 interviews with the project team and HR. I was also asked to complete a work sample exercise - 2 months between applying and receiving an offer
