Applied online, got a call back 2 weeks later and set up an interview for the next day. The interview was very simple and quick-lasted about 2 minutes. Manager was really nice and made me feel comfortable even though I was super nervous. Hired on the spot, was told I would get a call in a few days about orientation!

2 interviews process, small amount of paper work and friendly communication between managers. Back ground check.
Also they will talk about the position that they are hiring for. The easiest way to get an interview is to apply during the holiday season.
The interview process only involves being asked simple questions based on experience and availability to work. The people there are also extremely welcoming and seem like they actually want to help you.

Interview process was very quick and informative. It was a group interview and was asked the standard questions. It lasted about 30 minutes. Interview questions were read off a sheet of paper.
