I first submitted my application online. About three weeks later, I received a call from the Corporate recruiter who did a one hour interview and set me up with a face to face interview with the DM. The DM interview went pretty well, He asked mostly behavioral questions and was very straight forward about his expectations for the position. I really liked that and felt it was a great match for me. He set up a third interview for me with corporate HR that same day. After a short background check, I was offered the position.

I started the process in October, they had 2 stores that were in the need of store managers, I told them I would be happy with either store. Another store came up, so there were 3 avail. I had a phone interview with recruiter about an hour. In person interview with District Manager 3 hour conversation, was told I was a great match. Did another phone interview for an hour with HR manager. After this did another phone interview for an hour with another district manager. All of this took place over a month. After the last interview, I emailed the DM, no reply, emailed a week later no reply. After 5 weeks from when this process started I was given a letter that stated they had promoted from within for all 3 stores.
