I went in and asked the GM for a job every week for a month, and between visits called him. Really needed a job and I loved Cost Plus, but they weren't hiring right then. He had a couple people quit so called me back. Went in for the interview and it was more funny than anything, but he was the best Gm ever. He left a few months later and someone awful came in and I only stayed a few more months.

It was a very short interview. I walked in with an application. Scored an interview and thr questions were very basic. I was hired that day... in a matter of 20 minutes.
