I applied online. I went to the store five days later to follow up with my application and spoke with the store manager who interviewed me on the spot. I was called three days later and offered the position I applied in for in person interview. I was asked about my previous retail experience. The interview was with the store manager. The interview questions were basic but it is important to know about the company as they ask you question s like, " what do you know about "Cost Plus?" The overall experience was pleasant and I enjoyed my time working with the company

Very easy interview.. What do you like about the store , etc..etc Then asked me to walk around the store and sell items to customers that were shopping.. After that I was asked to go in the back room and watch videos on the company.. The power went out after that so basically Inwas sent home - and was given another date to come back to redo my interview..
