I received an email inviting me for a Zoom interview . At the beginning the Interviewer seemed very friendly and professional . She spent too much time explaining about the company and did not explain about the role or the salary not even the perks. I was not happy with a comment she made which I found very sarcastic and unprofessional, even if she did not agree with my answer she should have kept her thoughts to herself. I mentioned that I am very attentive to details and she replied that it was funny since the reason I would like to leave my present job is the fact that there are too much process involved and the role was mis sold as Senior when in reality is very technical. She clearly does not have the necessary knowledge of the adverstised role and could never understand what my point was. Who hasn't started working for a campany and soon realised it was not the place they would like to be and make a movement forward trying to find what really pleases them ?
