My recruiting experience with WES was very positive. The communication was clear and timely at every stage, and the interviewers were professional and friendly. The onboarding process was well-organized, making me feel welcomed and supported as I joined the team.

The interview was quite brief, and unfortunately, the interviewer was not on camera due to being unwell. This made it difficult to fully engage or gauge their reactions, as there was no opportunity to read facial expressions or body language. I did not receive any detailed feedback afterward, and the outcome was ultimately unsuccessful.
