A month to do background check and fingerprint
2-3 days to get you set up classes and orientation
Some background check take longer than other so it's not accurate 30 minutes interview I had to pay $17 for parking

Entretien
HR called me a week after submitting my resume. Conducted a phone interview then after that was a one on one interview with the Sales Supervisor. Got a call form HR that I passed both interviews and sent me schedule of the 10 days paid training.

Tell me about a time where you delivered excellent customer service. Tell me about Duty Free what do you know about Dufry. Can you work early morning, give me an example where a customer is upset and what did you do. What is customer service to you.
