J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez World Class (Austin, TX)
Entretien
After submitting your resume, you take a cognitive/personality test online. Takes about 30 minutes to complete, and isn't all that difficult. Also has Word/Excel tests as well. After taking the test, was a phone interview with an EVP. Thereafter, I met in person with 2 people at the firm's Austin HQ. Was offered a position a week after the in-person interview and accepted.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez World Class (Austin, TX) en mars 2019
Entretien
Interviewed at the Austin hq after given a 1-day notice (interviewed the following day after receiving the email). Interviewer came in on his phone, sat down, and finally started interviewing me after about a minute or 2 on his phone. He wasn't engaged at all from before even interviewing, kept on checking his phone and appearing dismissive. Emphasized the fact of long work weeks (80-90 hours) which is understandable given the role, but also threw in that the person taking this role "would have no life" which seemed unnecessary especially in an interview. Overall negative experience and awful communication.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez World Class
Entretien
Long, drawn out interview process. Contacted next day after submitting resume, but then communication would lapse 3+ weeks at a time. When you get by the phone screen, you'll then be asked to take an aptitude test online within 3 days. Then, again 3+ weeks... no feedback. Finally got a response to my inquiry to be told that the 3rd part who handles the test must have lost it, it would have to be retaken immediately. Never any feedback to the results of the test. Finally get called for an interview, was rescheduled, and show up to wait in a conference room alone for 30 minutes until the interviewers show up. One was pretty engaged, the other barely looked up from their phone long enough to make eye contact. Was asked to provide references at the interview and was offered a position afterwards.
