Entretien
There were four people and each asked few questions. Mostly typical interview questions and some tricky ones. They really didn;t seem to care about the answer, it was more about how I arrived at it and why.

What would you tell people protesting against the World Bank?
1- first filter where they check if the candidate meets the requirements of the terms of reference (language, experience, etc)
2-analytical test
3-interviews with the HR Team members
4- final interviews with the final manager

Entretien
I went for three round of interviews. All went well and staff was highly professional.
The process was lenghtly and I only received an automatic answer from their recruitment system six months after the interviews.
