Three interviews were conducted. First by a panel of five staff, then by two staff and the hiring manager. HR coordinated the process. Strong age bias was observed throughout the hiring process
Lengthy interview process. 4 interviews, an exam and an IQ test. The test included a financial modeling part and an essay. Took a very long time to get back with a decision.
