I've been ghosted by recruiter after 4 rounds of interviews, including a technical assignment (had to come up with a list of test cases and discovered bugs). I also had to reach out to the recruiter myself every time to schedule the next meeting, she would never send the details herself. She couldn't really answer my questions about the product and recruitment process either. Completely annoying and a total waste of time.
