There where 4 stages, 1st is meeting with HR, 2nd short technical coding with 5 short problems and limited time to solve it, 3rd level was theoretical deep dive into lots of specifics of language and how it is built and best practices, and 4th level was meeting with the team.

Entretien
Stretched out over weeks, multiple visits with many different teams and managers. Some sessions were great, others not so much. Some technical deep dives, other cultural experiments. Some of the people did not seem very interested to be part of the process.
