I was contacted quickly after applying. Within the next week I had two phone interviews with the HR team and the Team Lead for the Training Department. After that, I was given good timelines for when to expect a response and next steps. Finally, I was flown out to Lehi for my final in-person interview with the Training Team. All of my flight and travel was booked and taken care of. I just had to show up at the airport ready to go. All in all, it was a fairly streamlined process from start to finish.
