The company has an all remote distributed work environment and the HR strongly emphasized on extending the working hours beyond the time zone and no additional compensation shall be expected for that and on top of that the HR kept laughing after informing about their tech stack and when I answered I also currently use the same. Such a pity they dont even have an understanding that major companies use similar tech stacks and they shortlisted my resume because the profile and tech stack matched. A very bad HR process and waste of time. Please dont waste the applicants time and efforts.

Send am application, and they send next step email ~1 day after. With a link to book next meeting, took 3 weeks to get a time that worked. And it the meeting they just ask the classic question of what I want and what they can offer. And then they asked university questions that I remember one of, the rest not. I went to university for 4 years and we only went through those questions at the first year and I have never needed those things at work, for more than 8 years. So it was not so good questions.
