      Overall Rating: 5/5 One of the best hiring processes I've experienced. The process was clear and well-structured from the beginning, and the recruiter was professional, responsive, and kind throughout. Expectations for each stage were communicated clearly, and the assessment was relevant to the role, well explained, and easy to understand. The interviews themselves felt thoughtful and engaging. It was clear that the interviewers had reviewed my application and were genuinely interested in understanding my experience, approach, and ideas. The biggest differentiator was the personalized feedback. Even though I was not selected, the hiring manager took the time to schedule a dedicated feedback session and provided detailed, constructive, and actionable insights. In many years of interviewing, this is the first company that has offered that level of transparency and respect for a candidate's effort. The entire process felt professional, fair, and focused on creating a positive candidate experience. Constructive feedback: the only area I would improve is response time between stages. While communication was always clear, slightly faster updates would make an already strong process even better.
