Applied through wowcareers on the 2nd of October. Received an email on the 5th of November to complete a video interview assessment within 48 hours. Assessment took roughly 10 minutes to complete, they gave a practice question at the beginning to test the video and audio but was only given 1 attempt to record myself answering the questions.

Tell us about yourself and why you want to work for Woolworths?
It was a 2-step interview process. First interview was conducted online and I was given 48 hours to answer 5 questions on the PredictiveHire platform. This took about 20 minutes. Then the second interview was a recorded video interview. I had to read a question on screen and then record myself answering on camera. This also took about 20 minutes. Both interviews allowed multiple attempts before submitting.

The interview was conducted with the manager. It was more of a conversation to discuss availability, working hours, and the intention to stay with the company for at least a year, etc.

Used an AI chat-based interview straight up followed by a video interview. Asking questions on how you deal with different situations and basic personal profile like ethnicity and disabilities. Each segment must be completed within 48 hours but you're allowed to close and continue later.
