I applied online. It took 3+ weeks before they send me an email and text message for a group interview. There were about 23 people for the group interview. The manager talked about how big WW is, staffs benefits and discounts. We have a few group activities and the HR people were standing there and assessed what we did during the activities. Then, we got on one on one interview with the HR team, they just asked about the availability. They then asked me to upload my working rights a day later. I have not heard back from them yet. The interview happened 3 days ago, so I am not sure if I will get the offer or not.

It was a 2-step interview process. First interview was conducted online and I was given 48 hours to answer 5 questions on the PredictiveHire platform. This took about 20 minutes. Then the second interview was a recorded video interview. I had to read a question on screen and then record myself answering on camera. This also took about 20 minutes. Both interviews allowed multiple attempts before submitting.
