I have applied for the position on 25th August 2017 and got an interview call on 12th September 2017. HR called me and asked the availability and why do you want to work with Woolworth. After that she invited me for attending the interview on the very next day. The interview was very smooth and friendly. 3 days later, they sent a mail to upload my documents and then, I have got an offer letter. Actually I do not have any previous experience in Retail and I think the reason I was selected is I said I am flexible with my working hours and I can work about 36 to 40 hours a week. If the interviewer asked do you have any questions, you should ask some questions.

apply online, recieved an email for interview, gave me plenty of time to prepare 1 on 1 with store manager, practiced several times, make sure to read about the company, 10 minute interview, pretty easy

Was really casual and relaxing. Talked about hobbies and interests with manager then started the interview. Questions were simple and answers needed to answer were basic. In the end a very easy process for this job.
