The recruitment process is quite quick and straight forward, but very thorough. Skype inteview with the team lead and a HR personel initially. This was quickly followed by a more detailed inteview session with some very senior engineers and HR officer.

Interestingly the most challenging questions where questions on basic engineering concepts I lenght much earlier at university.

Interviewed by two senior employees. Rather casual. Maybe one or two technical questions asked but mostly to see how I fit in the company. All done in under a period of one hour.
