J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wonga.com (Londres, Angleterre) en nov. 2016
Entretien
The process started off by sending my CV.
A few days later I had a phone call with my engineering manager. it was a short call (20 min) about general aspects of software engineering.
Then I was given a tech test. I spent 3 days and submitted the code (basically there is no limitation) . when two senior engineers reviewed my code, they arranged a Skype meeting. (I was outside of the UK) this time I was asked to shortly explain my code as well as make some changes.
Finally, I spoke with few product owners and engineering managers.

Quite a standard process: after some calls with a recrutier, I had a phone call with two engineers. They asked some general experience questions and some technical questions. The call lasts about 30 minutes
Then I was asked to complete a programming test (about 4 hours).
Last step was a two hours interview with some pair-programming exercises, a general discussion with the CTO, and a further discussion with two senior engineer on architectural and design questions.

After several messages with a recruiter, I had a phone call with a developer. He asked some general experience questions and some technical questions. Then they sent me a programming test which took a few hours. Finally I went to their office for a morning-long interview with some pair-programming exercises.
