Phone screen, 1-person interview, and 4-person interview. The phone screen and 1st interview were pretty standard. People were nice. The last interview was 2 hours long and kind of sucked. They called it a panel interview because there were 4 people but only 1 person was on the call at a time. The other interviewers didn't know what questions had already been asked so I got a lot of repeated questions. It felt like a waste of time because if they were all on the call at one time the interview could have lasted an hour but they stretched it out and didn't provide any break time. Sucks to talk for 2 hours straight. My voice was gone by the end. Left the interview feeling like they didn't care. Then it took them over a month to follow up and reject me. Probably would not apply for any other positions with them given the crappy experience.
